Meet Lydia McLaren, the Director of Vacation Rentals for our team. Lydia is a life long Colorado native with over 17 years of experience inthe hospitality industry. She has a unique and eclectic background in hospitality and short-term rentals, making her a valuable member to our team.  Lydia is passionate about providing our guests unforgettable experiences, and she believe that hospitality  is about creating spaces that leave people changed by memories & experiences. 

Lydia's welcoming smile and warm personality make her a natural fit for the Director of Vacation Rentals role. She is committed to ensuring that our guests have the best possible experience during their stay with us. Her experience and expertise in the industry allow her to provide valuable insights and guidance to our team members. Lydia loves building a team that brings new energy to the industry, and she is dedicated to assisting them with personal and professional growth. She believes in leading by example and inspires our team to provide exceptional service and care to our guests. From onboarding new owners and creating stunning property listings to  optimize pricing and staging homes, Lydia is dedicated to ensuring that every property in our portfolio is operating at its full potential.  Her role doesn't stop there. She is also a skilled communicator and collaborator, working closely with owners to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are getting the most out of their investment.

As Director of Vacation Rentals, Lydia is excited to continue blazing a trail for short-term rental experiences. She is dedicated to ensuring that our guests have a seamless and unforgettable stay. Lydia's commitment to hospitality, attention to detail, and years of experience make her an invaluable asset to our team. We are grateful to have her leading the charge in providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Lydia comes from a large family and is especially passionate about her six nieces and two nephews. She also has two fur baby cats named the Tennessee Troublemakers, Memphis and Nash. Lydia enjoys spending her summer days on patios with friends, sipping margaritas and enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Her lifelong love for Colorado means that she is always exploring new places to hike & find new adventure. When she is not busy overseeing our properties and managing our team, Lydia loves spending tie with her friends discovering new whiskey bars & local hanouts. Her passion for exploring new places and meeting new people is what drives her to continue pushing the boundries of what vacation rentals can be. Whether you're a property owner looking to maximize your rental income or a guest searching for the perfect vacation home, Lydia and her team are here to help.  With a key eye for hospitality, a deeper understanding of the vacation rental market, and a commitment to providing exception customer service, Lydia is the  go-to expert for all your vacation rental needs.  

 

KASEY KENNEDY

Meet Kasey Kennedy, our Property Care Coordinator/Social Media Specialist who brings her Texas charm to our Colorado vacation rental team.  Kasey grew up in the great state of Texas and spent many summers vacationing in the The Centennial State.  In 2021, she decided to make the move to the beautiful Rocky Mountains in Colorado.  Since then, Kasey has been exploring all that  Colorado has to offer, from hiking the stunning mountain trails to checking out the local restaurant  scene with her family.

 

Kasey joined our team in 2022 and has quickly become an essential part of our operations. Her passion for hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction ensures that our vacation rental properties are always in top condition and our guests have the best possible experience. Kasey is a natural people person, and she loves to make sure that everyone who stays with us feels welcome and comfortable. Her keen attention to detail means that she's always on top of any issues that may arise and is proactive in finding solutions before they become problems.

As Property Care Coordinator, Kasey is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our vacation rental properties. She works closely with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure that each property is in tip-top shape before our guests arrive. She knows that vacations are a time to relax and recharge, and she wants our guests to have the best possible experience. 

As a lifelong traveler and hospitality enthusiast, Kasey brings a passion for the vacation rental industry to every post and campaign. From stunning property photos to insider travel tips,Kasey knows just how to capture the attention of our followers and create a buzz around our properties. She isn't just a social media whiz - they're also a creative problem solver and strategic thinker. Whether it's crafting a viral hashtag or analyzing engagement data, Kasey is always looking for new ways to improve our social media presence and drive business results.

In her free time, Kasey enjoys reading, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with her family. She loves to hike and camp in the beautiful Colorado mountains and is always up for trying out new trails. Kasey is also a foodie at heart and enjoys exploring new restaurants in the area with her family. She loves nothing more than sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for all that Colorado has to offer with our guests.
